Nursery One
Choosing a new family member is a big decision.
We are happy to guide you in your selection of a SarJan's Shih Tzu.
Terms of purchase: Puppies are $2000-2500 A non-refundable deposit of $750.00 will hold your puppy. We will accept a personal check for the deposit only.
Please send your deposit priority mail and provide us a tracking number.
The balance payable via cash
Details will be provided for payment of balance.
Puppies will be held for 5 days awaiting deposit.
If deposit is not received in that time puppy will be taken off hold and made available for another family.
We no longer use a pet nanny. If a puppy needs to travel we ask that a member of the new family fly in so we are able to hand your new family member to you directly. We are willing to meet at CID, DSM or MSP. We will drive half way to Chicago, Twin Cities, Omaha or in Iowa to deliver your puppy!
Please do not hesitate to fill out an adoption form or send me an email about any of the puppies available or not. I like to have families ready for the babies when they come available.
Marshall and Miley blessed us with seven beautiful gold and white babies on June 24, 2026. We will have three, possibly four males and two females available from this litter. I have not decided which girl I am keeping as of yet and I have first choice. I am accepting Adoption Forms and deposits for these puppies now to approved homes. The puppies will be ready to go home after September 16, 2026.
There is one girl and three boys available from this litter.
