About SarJan's Shih Tzu
Our passion for almost 35 years has been showing and raising purpose-bred dogs. In 1996 we brought home a Shih Tzu puppy. Sarah showed Gavin to his Championship and several toy group placements and has been in love with the breed ever since.
We are AKC Breeders of Merit & preservation breeders who value and promote Shih Tzu characteristics. They are beautiful, loving companions with mischievous personalities. Add in a dash of foolishness and we think they are the perfect dog. SarJan's Shih Tzu is state licensed and Sarah is the member of multiple breed clubs including the national breed club, the American Shih Tzu Club.
We pride ourselves in raising top quality companion Shih Tzu as our family's goal first and foremost. As Breeders we pledge to honor our commitment to the Shih Tzu breed by continuing to be passionate about the health and well being of the dogs we love.
Sarah's love of dogs has proven to be all encompassing. She co-owns Shear Bliss Pet Salon with her cousin Melissa. The girls do all styles of pet grooms. And when she isn't at the shop Sarah is grooming and showing our own dogs. Her Dad and I offer support by assisting with grooming, providing dog care and puppy snuggling.
