Choosing a new family member is a big decision.
We are happy to guide you in your selection of a SarJan's Shih Tzu.
Terms of purchase: Puppies are $2000-2500 A non-refundable deposit of $750.00 will hold your puppy. We will accept a personal check for the deposit only.
Please send your deposit priority mail and provide us a tracking number.
The balance payable via cash
Details will be provided for payment of balance.
Puppies will be held for 5 days awaiting deposit.
If deposit is not received in that time puppy will be taken off hold and made available for another family.
We ship will not send any puppies via airline cargo.
We will drive half way to Chicago, Twin Cities, Omaha or in Iowa to deliver your puppy!
Please do not hesitate to fill out an adoption form or send me an email about any of the puppies available or not. I like to have families ready for the babies when they come available.

Duncan and JoAnn presented us with six beautiful babies on April 28. There are four black and white boys, a gold and white boy and a black and white girl available. We are accepting Adoption Forms and deposits on the puppies now. They will be ready to go home after July 21, 2025.
Pictured at 7 weeks. They are starting to eat dry food and play with toys. They come running with wagging tails when they see me and when they get food, but their dog mom is still their favorite thing in the world.
